AB A new technology in high pressure liquid chromatography has been validated for the determination of the preservative thimerosal. This technology, Radial Compression Separation, has been found to be an extremely fast and reliable method for the stability analysis of thimerosal in aqueous pharmaceutical preparations. The application of this method has eliminated sample preparation and extraction required by other HPLC methods.
