This process has improved capabilities when either additional lighting or lower lens magnification is used for non-polarized light inspection and when either additional lighting or higher lens magnification is used with polarized light inspection. Best machine results are obtained when both increased lighting and lower lens magnification are used for 10-ml vial containers with clear solution and when higher lens magnification. increased lighting, and 45 degrees of polarized light filter are used for 50-ml vial containers with clear solution.
