AB  - The development of a rugged, field serviceable ampul inspection system that could assure both improved quality and reduced inspection cost was initiated. The system was intended for service in geographically remote areas throughout our domestic and international divisions. As such, extra emphasis was placed on system durability and serviceability. The present paper reports on the successful completion of the Schering developed Particulate Detection System for ampuls.
