↵a Viability of A. laidlawii, M. orale, and M. arginini after S/D treatment. Mycoplasma-spiked harvested cell culture fluid was treated with standard S/D concentration of 0.1% Tri(n-butyl) phosphate (TNBP) and 0.5% Tween 80 solution; 100x diluted S/D was used as a sub-optimal comparator control.
