The third and fourth columns give the mean and standard deviation, respectively, for the portion of the data set listed in Column 1. The fifth column lists the BP ratio value that is 3 standard deviations above the mean for each portion of the data set. The sixth and seventh columns list the number of tests, and the percent of the value of n in Column 2, that fall above the mean plus 3 standard deviations.
